Here is where you, our site Visitors can share your own Solar Cooking articles, stories, essays and experiences on this page.

Submit your solar cooking write-up,down below under the section: ENTER A TITLE FOR YOUR SOLAR COOKING STORY and then clicking on the link. You can even include a photo of your solar cooker or recipe/food if you like.

We are interested in what you the visitor has to say and share in regards to your own successes and failures within the field of solar cooking.

These articles will be considered property of the public domain once they are submitted to our site where all can benefit from them.

Due Credit will be given to all authors as well as any references submitted by the author.

I would like to take a moment to introduce our Free Solar Oven/cooker Giveaway/Contest.

Here is your opportunity to contribute your solar cooking knowledge, expertise, experiences and such.It matters not how seasoned you might be or how long you have been involved in solar cooking, we would like to hear your stories and to be able to share them on our website with our site visitors.In exchange for your stories/essays we have decided to make this into a contest/giveaway.

Free Solar Oven Contest/Giveaway details:

Two brand new solar ovens/cookers will be given away this coming Summer 2011; one Global Sun Oven and One Hot Pot solar cooker along with various other solar cooking amenities.

This will be a contest style giveaway using essays or short stories of your own solar cooking experiences using homemade or manufactured solar cookers.To enter the giveaway you can submit your write-up under one or more of these categories:

* First category is: “Homemade solar cooker/oven and my results”
* Second category is: “Solar cooker recipes, foods and the results.”
* Third category is: “Solar oven/cooker unique applications/uses.”

• Submit your story with one of the above titles. (you can then add your own sub-title as well.)

• Write-up/essay should be descriptive of processes, methods and materials used; as well as results achieved, whether positive or negative.

• Write-up/essay should be a minimum 250 words.

• Participants can submit under more than one category. (can enter more than once)

• Photos can be submitted along with the articles, which can greatly enhance the content of the story.

Winners will be determined by a panel of judges based on quality and uniqueness as well as practical and helpful story content.

…Participants will need to submit their write-up to two (2) online addresses in order to verify authenticity as well as to avoid inadvertent losses of a submission. This can be accomplished through a simple copy and paste duplication rather than separate write-ups.

* The other address is this same site page, right here, (below) to which the submission/essay will be published to.

** Dead line for submission is: TO BE ANNOUNCED and the winners will be announced on SPECIFIED DATE

You can submit to the contest any time between now and the deadline.
