Allowing you to efficiently cook, boil water etc. using a minimum of bio-mass fuel.
The StoveTec Rocket Stove is ideal for use while fishing, camping, at the beach etc. And great for Emergency Preparedness situations.
This Rocket Stove burns efficiently with leaves, grasses, twigs, branches and kindling of all sorts. You will find yourself using 50-75% less bio-mass fuels when cooking with this unit.
When fuel is at a premium it is vital you have the most efficient burning system available.Boiling can be achieved with just a few pieces of wood and will sustain a steady boil over a period of three to five hours if needed using a minimum of fuel.
A rocket elbow derives its name from its shape; two cylinders forming a right angle. One end is for inserting fuel and drawing in (and pre-heating) air; the other is for combusting the gases and smoke from the wood and emitting the heat.
This stove is incredibly efficient, and that for cooking a family meal it will use as little as 20% of the wood required by a carefully tended open fire. The thickly-insulated combustion chamber places the pot at the optimum height above the fire to ensure that most smoke has been burned and is ready to give its heat to your pot. An adjustable wind-guard further increases efficiency and means you can use this in windy and less than ideal conditions.
There are three versions of the StoveTec Rocket stove, well two actually, there is the Charcoal/Wood burning stove and the Wood, or Biomass only. And, within these two versions there are three material quality levels:
The Economy 1 and 2 door models
Ceramic lined interior.
Cast Iron Stove Top
Adjustable galvanized metal skirt that increase heat transfer efficiency to the pot
Easy to light and easy to use, StoveTec Rocket Stoves make cooking with wood or charcoal effective and enjoyable. Thanks to a well-designed and precisely manufactured rocket-style combustion chamber, cooks can boil 1 gallon (5 liters) of water in 20 minutes using just three 1.5" by 12" inch long sticks of wood (4 x 30 cm). One additional stick is enough to simmer for another 45 minutes. Designed and built to cook three meals a day, every day, StoveTec Stoves are durable and dependable.

Improved Eco Ceramic One Door Wood or Biomass Fuel Stove!
The Eco Ceramic One Door Stove features a reinforced metal door frame for increased durability and stove life. Door frame stick support attachment guides hold the improved stick support in place outside the combustion chamber. Additionally, we've improved our cast iron stove top for added durability. The new thicker improved stove body keeps the stove cooler to the touch when in use.
The Eco Ceramic One Door Stove burns any available wood or flammable biomass. The large one door stove opening provides versatility for burning anything from palm fronds to coconut shells, or other irregular shaped biomass. This stove model is designed for emergencies, when uniform wood and other commercial fuel is likely not going to be available. One door stoves are ideal to make charcoal from wood, as a soil amendment for your garden. A metal stick support fixed to the one door frame opening allows wood or biomass to be slid into the flame and provides ventilation along the floor of the combustion chamber. The vertical section of the combustion chamber is 10cm in diameter and forces the gases to mix with the flame, decreasing harmful emissions. The insulative combustion chamber is made of a lightweight ceramic. The stove comes with a cast iron stove top and adjustable galvanized metal skirt that increase heat transfer efficiency to the pot.

Combustion chamber mouth bordered with durable metalBetter resistance to daily wear and tear.Bonus biochar generation ability! Burn wood to create charcoal soil amendment.Optimal for emergency situations: burn nearly any flammable biomass.
Additional Features:
Combustion chamber lined with durable "Super Metal"
Ceramic insulation protected from wear and tear
Longer lasting; improved combustion efficiency
The StoveTec Deluxe Metal Lined2 Door Stovefeatures a refractory metal liner covering the combustion chamber, new Swingform Technology(TM) hinged doors with fixed fire brick, new double thick cast iron top with 6 pot supports, , double layered kiln fired floor and uses either wood or charcoal fuels. The larger upper door and the lower ventilation door have reinforced metal frames and have hinges that serve to securely close the doors and regulate airflow. We've reformulated our cast iron stove top and internal grate for added durability and also have included a replaceable secondary grate to increase airflow and protect lower fixed grate for charcoal burning operations. Cooler to the touch when in use, our thicker, more durable stove body construction keeps you safe.
This efficient stove saves lots of fuel. For wood burning operation slide wood fuel into the top hinged door opening. The small lower hinge door below the stick support controls air flow to the fire (which lowers emissions). When burning charcoal close the top hinge door with the attached fire brick after igniting the charcoal. The rate of charcoal burn is controlled by opening and closing the lower hinge ventilation door. Note: that although charcoal burns hotter, the distance from the grate to the boiling pot does not allow for efficient water boiling operations. Wood is the more efficient fuel for boiling water in the 2 door stove and has less impact on the environment.
The 2 hinge Rocket stove doors allow for control of the air that enters the fire to speed up or slow down the rate of combustion. More air is needed to start a cold fire and to create a hot fire initially. Once the fire is going, partially closing the bottom door limits the air, increases heat transfer to the pot and reduces harmful emissions.
The Deluxe Metal Lined 2 Door Stove efficiently uses wood or charcoal to cook food. Significant amounts of carbon monoxide are burned in the enclosed space above the fire. Frequently, burning wood embers provide enough charcoal fuel for prolonged simmering operations. After creating wood embers, close the top door with the attached fire brick. Keep the lower door slightly cracked open to insure the wood embers or charcoal fuel keeps burning for simmering food.
