Pros:

• The SunPower Cooker is lighter than some commercial parabolic cookers yet heavier than others making it steady enough when there are breezes yet light enough to easily move around the yard.
• Highly reflective mirror polished aluminum reflectors guarantee longer life and use
• Relatively easy to assemble, takes a little more than an hour
• The SunPower Cooker is smaller than many other parabolics, small enough to be able to store it fully assembled,
• Compact when fully disassembled and it can be partially disassembled for storage and transportation. The parabola can quickly detach from the base/frame for easy storage of the bowl/parabola
• The tightness of the construction and high quality material allow for heavy more constant use.
• The SunPower design is very similar to the highly regarded European originated designs such as the German SK parabolics
• Cooks at temps and speeds at slightly under but similar to your stovetop
• Very easy to clean

Cons:

• The SunPower Cooker is somewhat smaller than other solar parabolic cookers which reduces its potency a bit, it has a smaller diameter thus less surface area for capture of the suns rays, though it is still a very powerfull cooker
• Its weight is less than some standard parabolics giving it a slight disadvantage against heavier breezes.
• One of the more expensive solar parabolic cookers, mainly due to the quality of materials used in its construction, yet its cost is still very reasonable.
• This parabolic is not as compact or portable as the Cookup200, but it can be partially disassembled for transport and storage.
