Sunny Seed Yogurt Batter Bread

1 pkg. active dry yeast
3/4 C warm water (105-115 degrees)
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp butter (soft)
1 tsp salt
1 C bread flour
2 C whole wheat flour
1/2 C plain yogurt
1/4 C shelled roasted and salted sunflower seeds

In lg bowl,dissolve yeast in water. Stir in honey. Add butter, salt and half of the flours. mix thoroughly and add rest of flour, yogurt and seeds.Mix 3 min. Cover and let rise for about an hour till doubled in bulk.

Grease an 8 1/2 x4 1/2 in. loaf pan or 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. stir batter about 30 strokes. spoon into prepared pan.

Let rise, covered in warm place for 30-40 min. or till batter rises to edge of pan (not over). Bake in GSO which has been preheated to at least 325. bake approx. 1 hour. test for done by tapping bottom of loaf. It should sound hollow. Cool on wire rack.
