A Christmas Gift Idea

by Joyce Lee
(Hurricane, Ut)

I figured out some great treats to give as Christmas presents made in the Hot Pot Panel Cooker.
First, Melt a package of chocolate chips, add some cranberries and nuts. I used about a cup of craisins and a cup and a half of pecan pieces.

Stir it all up and drop into mini muffin cups (the paper ones) and let it set up. Then you can put them in a pretty little box and there you go.

I also melted semi-sweet chocolate chips with about 1/2 tsp. monthly flavor mixed in and then dipped Ritz crackers in it and let set up on wax paper. Tastes a lot like the girl scout cookie called thin mints.
You could try a combination of different fruits, nuts, and flavors to satisfy just about anyone.

Thank you Joyce,

It is time to get into the Holiday Spirit...

I had not tried chocolate in my Hot Pot.
I will have to do that.
