Building a Simple Solar oven

I am building a simple solar oven for school that needs to get up to 150 degrees F, and I was wondering if you could give me a simple idea that I could build off of. Thanks!!!

Greetings...???

Thank you for visiting our site and for your inquiry.

I think we can help you with making a simple solar cooker using some readily available materials.
In fact we can show you how to make one for less than $5.00 worth of materials and some of the materials you may already have.

Here you can find some simple instruction on how to build a simple solar cooker

We have actually used these simple solar panel cookers to cook meat, apples, veggies, cake etc. and all of it was accomplished using a Kerr/Mason canning jar as the cooking vessel. And, this cooker reaches more than 150 F. as you indicated was a necessity.

Of course we have a page on our site that can show you where to find more plans and instruction on several other homemade solar cookers such as the All Season Solar Cooker, the Minimum Solar Cooker, The Heavens Flame, the Funnel Cooker and more.

All of these homemade solar cookers, if built well, can easily cook anything you want and it will give you something that you can use over and over again.

Please do read the suggested pages and links and I am sure you will achieve the desired results you are seeking.
