Half a day in the life of a solar cook

I used the lower focus for the brownies

July 6th - San Diego -
8am to 9am - cooked a batch of gluten free brownies.
9:30 am - I put on a large acorn squash, then off to the hardware store.
11 am - returned to find the squash completely and tenderly cooked.
Noon - Melted cheese sandwich with sliced apple chicken sausage on potato bread. Took about 30 minutes.
I still had plenty of sun - but nothing else to cook. Made beans, rice, chicken, roast earlier in the week and just did not need any more food.
Everything was excellent. The brownies, the squash, the sandwich was toasty, hot, delicious.
