What other insulators can I use for my solar oven?

I know you can put rolls of newspaper in the solar oven, any other cheap insulators like cotton balls or something?

Sheeps wool, or any other wool will work great.

Stacked cardboard, between the outer and interior boxes, is a good insulator as well.

Trapped, immobile air, makes a good insulator. The trick is trapping and stabilizing that air.

I am sure there are a few other good (natural) insulators that could be used for solar ovens that other people might know of.
