(UT)

1 pint whole or 2% milk
1 pint buttermilk
1/2 tsp salt

stir milk and buttermilk together in Hot Pot. Place in reflectors for 2-3 hour till solids have separated from the whey. Pour off whey and place in cheesecloth or loose weave dish towel and squeeze rest of whey out. stir salt into solids with wooden spoon. wrap with wax paper or plastic and store in refrigerator till served.

Pour a good topping over it for a cracker or chip dip or spread on bagels or toast.

Great Recipe Joyce,
I am going to have to try this...I'll admit that I have never made a cheese with a solar cooker and now we have two submissions just in one week on how to make solar cooker cheese.
