what is maximum degree for solar cooking box reflector to be effective?

I am in a middle of a school project.I need help on these matters.My Project is based on a solar cooking box which is quite the same to Heaven's Flame Cooker.Thank you.

Max temp for Box cookers

To be efffective, a box cooker should reach 120 deg centigrade.
But cooking of most food items may begin at 90 deg C, but would take a long time.

For baking, you may have to reach 150 deg C.
